Ok, its taken quite some time but ive finally done this. I put my vision of [link] of how it should be to reality. I am very happy with the result and it feels nice that I've finally managed to finish it.
Lots of thanks to Tala1the5cyborg for giving me some great ways to finish it.

Used Photoshop 7 and a trust digital pen.

"As Zed unwillingly released his powers in the form of his firesouls fire, Nightgirl gathered all her streanght to shield her from harms way. The forcefulness of the fire is great and she suffers a severe pushback. The ground scrapes her paws as she defends her life."
